Welcome to ContractLab. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services, digital materials, and products offered through ContractLab.pro.
1. Scope of Services
ContractLab specializes in contract drafting and review. We provide three categories of offerings:
- Professional Services: tailored contract drafting and review.
- Information Products: downloadable templates and guides.
- Physical Goods: printed contract templates and related materials.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using any offering you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access our offerings.
3. Professional Services
Our professional services include research, drafting, and review of agreements. Payment must be completed prior to scheduling. If you wish to reschedule, notify us no less than two business days before the appointment through the Contact Form. We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee if notice is late.
4. Information Products
Upon payment you gain immediate access to downloadable materials. All access is final upon delivery and materials are non-refundable due to immediate provision.
5. Physical Goods
Printed materials are produced and shipped to the address you provide. If the goods are defective or damaged in transit you may ship back the item within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Contact us first via the Contact Form to obtain instructions. All shipping to us is at your cost. We will process any refund within 14 days of receipt of the shipped item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refund Policy
We maintain the following refund guidelines based on offering type:
- Professional Services: Full refund available if you cancel before any work begins. Once work has commenced a partial refund proportional to uncompleted work may apply. Finalized deliverables are non-refundable. In lieu of a refund you may opt to reschedule unused hours within 60 days of payment.
- Information Products: Given instant access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Physical Goods: Defective or damaged items can be shipped back within 14 days for replacement or refund processing. All other send-back requests require prior approval and may incur a handling fee.
7. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in the currency shown on our site. Payment is due upon purchase or service booking. We use secure processing methods to protect your details.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page before each transaction.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
